1. Eligibility

Winner364 is for adults only (18+ or the legal age in your place of residence, whichever is higher). By using the site or buying VIP you confirm you meet that age requirement and that sports tipping is lawful where you live.

2. What we provide

Winner364 publishes soccer and basketball tips (match, market and odds) and related commentary. VIP members receive the full desk on Telegram before kickoff. Tips are professional opinion for information and entertainment — not financial, investment or gambling advice, and not a broker, bookmaker or payment intermediary.

3. No guarantees

Past results do not predict future results. Wins, losses and unconfirmed outcomes appear on our public board when available. We do not guarantee profit, strike rate or any particular outcome. You place every bet yourself with your own book, stake and risk.

4. VIP plans and payment

Monthly VIP is billed at the stated price and renews until you cancel. Lifetime VIP is a one-time payment for ongoing access under these terms. Checkout and activation are arranged through the channels shown on the VIP page (including Telegram). Prices may change for new purchases; existing paid terms stay as agreed at purchase unless we notify you otherwise.

5. Refunds

Because VIP is a digital service delivered on Telegram, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, except where required by law or where we cannot deliver the service. Contact us on Telegram if you have a billing problem within a reasonable time of purchase.

6. Acceptable use

Do not share, resell or republish VIP tips, media or account access. Do not scrape the site or abuse Telegram groups. We may suspend or end access for misuse, chargeback abuse, or legal risk without a refund where misuse is involved.

7. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, tip text and related materials belong to Winner364 or its licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use VIP content for your own decisions — not for redistribution.

8. Responsible play

Only stake what you can afford to lose. If betting is a problem for you, stop and seek local help. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe use would be harmful or unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Winner364 is not liable for betting losses, missed tips, delivery delays (including Telegram or network issues), or decisions you make from our content. Our total liability for a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future use. Material changes to a paid plan will be communicated where practical.
